How do I return an item?
We are committed to customer satisfaction. If by chance we sent you the wrong wine, we would be happy to arrange to have the wine returned to us. You must contact us within one week, and we will arrange the replacement of the order. We can only accept the return of defective goods. In such instances, we will offer a replacement of the same item, refund the credit card used to purchase the item, or issue a store credit for the amount that was paid for the item.
