Description
 
The name Ambruco is a linguistic contamination of vitis labrusca - wild vine. There is a place near Castel Campagnano of the same name, where centuries-old wild vines used to grow. Local peasants considered them almost holy because of their age.

Crafted from 100% Pallagrello Nero, this wine is powerful and elegant with a full body and a deep ruby color. The nose of balsam emerges after an extensive sequence of notes reminiscent of wild berries, but also green pepper and chocolate. The taste is harmonious with very balanced tannins.
