The Oltrepo Pavese Metodo Classico Brut Rose Cruase of the Mazzolino Estate was
established in vineyards located in the municipality of Corvino San
Quirico, in the province of Pavia.
It is produced with pure Pinot Noir grapes, harvested entirely by hand in small boxes. After
a soft pressing of the whole grapes, the fermentation takes place in
stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18-20 C. The
second fermentation takes place by refermentation in the bottle,
according to Metodo Classico, with aging of at least 18 months on its
The Cruasé of Tenuta Mazzolino is characterized by an unpolished salmon pink color and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with a broad and characteristic bouquet, with hints of rose, exotic fruit and pastry. On the palate it is fresh and soft, pleasantly delicate and balanced.
Perfect to serve fresh as an aperitif, it is ideal paired with appetizers, first courses based on fish and vegetarian dishes.
