Color: Sparkling The Blanc de Blanc is made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes from the vineyards owned by the estate. The early ripening grapes are harvested entirely by hand and the wine is produced in Metodo Classico. The color is straw yellow, bright and clear, an intense aroma with a good complexity perlage that is fine, elegant, and persistent. The bouquet is abundant with scents of white flowers and exotic fruits. The palette is initially a good freshness followed by a pleasant softness and delicacy that gives the product a great balance. Serve cold as an apertif. Slightly chilled, this sparkling wine will go with appetizers, fish and vegetarian meals.
