Braggiotti
family has farmed this land in Corvino since 1980.
The same land where vines have grown
for three thousand years enriching this area of tradition. Made from 100%
Chardonnay, the Blanc has a brilliant straw yellow color with slight hints of
gold, which become more pronounced with age.
During barrel aging, particular attention is paid to “bâtonnage”
(putting the noble lees back in suspension by stirring), which adds complexity
and depth to the product, and to topping up (ouillage) to preserve the freshness and
characteristics of the fruit.
Intense aroma,
very complex and rich from the bouquet and characteristic of the variety: white
flowers citrus, vanilla and hazelnuts.
It is dry, persistent, velvety and balanced,
and it goes well with dishes based on fish and white meats.
