Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
We ship via FedEx, Also, we give our customers the option of picking up at our store in San
Francisco, although the store pick up option does not always show depending on which browser you are using. You may choose ground, 2-day
or overnight delivery. Please note that the method you choose reflects the in-transit time, and processing may take more time depending on the order. For example, if you choose overnight shipping, the package will be shipped over the length of one night, but you may not receive it the next day. Generally, orders will be processed within two business days if the items are in stock, and you will receive confirmation of the shipment.
