The Petrizzelli is a small family-run farm specializes in the production of Extra Virgin Olive Oil made exclusively from Coratina olives with the cold-press process.

The oil obtained from this variety, grown on the slopes of Castel del Monte, This new olive oil has an intense green color, characterized by a herbaceous flavor and a persistent tingling. Bitter and spicy are the two adjectives that fully describe this outstanding 2021 new extra virgin, characterized by a high polyphenolic presence.

What tasty new oil of olives from Puglia	June 17, 2020

The oil is well-balanced with a pleasing bitterness, round fruitiness, and a lingering finish. A medium to robust intensity olive oil.
