Made from 100% Primitivo and barrel aged for 12 months, this wine has an intense ruby red hue with a bouquet of red fruit and spice. It has a soft and harmonic taste with matured tannins in a rich and well-balanced structure. It is very good on pasta with strong sauces, roasted or grilled red meats and ripe cheeses. This Primitivo has good linearity and well-defined aromas of black fruit and spice. The wine is ripe and succulent, but it is also precise: pair it with grilled meats or pasta with meat ragu.
