South Tyrol, also known by its alternative Italian name Alto Adige, is an autonomous province in northern Italy.
The Alto Adige altitude, climate, and soil give a unique quality to the 100% Pinot Grigio grapes, this white wine is well structured.

The color is straw yellow with intensive green reflection. It reveals aromas of ripe pears, herbs with mint and melissa, tangy, a hint of black tea, slightly buttery and nutty. Must fermentation in stainless steel, temperature-controlled at 19°C. Enjoy this with starters and first courses, with any fish preparations, pasta served with tomato sauce, vegetable lasagne, and fresh cheeses such as creamy goat’s cheese.
