The Spumante comes from the gentle hills of Valdobbiadene, and it is a noble, pure, and generous wine. The grapes are selected with extreme thoroughness and are vinified in their pure state after a gentle pressing. Fermentation at controlled temperatures give vitality to this fruity sparkling wine, which is elegant and lively, pleasant and delicate. Crisp and precise; entirely clean and refreshing. Plenty of fruit throughout, with no interference. The palate pumps apple fruit in droves, with hints of apricot and white pepper. Finish notes of citrus and talc work like a charm. For us this is the driest and best Spumanti/Prosecco that we have had -- Love ordering from you -- especially when I am able to fine things that I have had in Italy and can now joy them here --
