It is a wine that has a lively perlage, a fresh aromatic quality, and is extremely versatile. This La Vi spumante has a crisp, smooth, dry flavor, is very fragrant, has the scent of flowers and apples, and is an ideal wine to drink as an aperitivo, or as an accompaniment for any cheese based antipasti or even shellfish, but can also be drunk as an accompaniment for light meals  and white meats and fish courses.
