Made with Glera grapes from Valdobbiadene and Chardonnay grapes from the estate in Refrontolo, this wine is made to sparkle with the Charmat method so that it better preserves the harmony of its fragrances. This Brut is smooth and velvety on the palate, and has the typical scents of ripe fruit. It is ideal as an aperitivo, or as an accompaniment for any starter courses of cheese or fish, but it is also pairs perfectly during your entire meal consisting of light courses, including dessert.
