The
combination of white Moscato, Traminer, Pinot Gris, Pinot Bianco
grapes, in varying percentages depending on the vintage, gives this wine
its particular intense straw yellow color with warm golden reflections.
Intense and persistent with sensations ranging from jasmine to
exotic fruit, it remains soft, mineral in the mouth, rich in savory
aromatic nuances.
Vigne Alte has a light aroma of peaches and apple blossom. It has a nice
texture, round and silky with a flavor of orchard fruits like apricots,
peaches, and slightly of green apple. It’s a lighter bodied wine, with a
little acidity to round it out. There’s a touch of minerality, a nice
finish for a fruit-forward wine.
