A modern and
meticulously made Sauvignon Blanc, Gigante’s 2019 vintage is crisp and ready to drink. With a
select harvest, the grapes have been destemmed, cryo macerated and fermented at a controlled temperature of
15º for 22 days. This wine has seen 8 months of maturation in stainless steel
vats and further refinement in bottle; producing a dry, medium bodied wine with
balanced acidity. Intense aromas that echo grass and elder flower with notes of
melon and citrus accompanied by a creamy finish this wine pairs perfectly with
seafood or white pasta.
