The Ischia Bianco is a blend of indigenous varieties (50% Biancolella and 50% Forastera) produced through the traditional white vinification with cold and temperature-controlled fermentation. Clear, polished, delicately herbal and fruit scent with mineral trace , delicately nutty and herbal on the palate, certain minerality, good persistence, elegant style,.it is broad and clean with very fresh and fine acidity with flavors of grass and sweet corn, finishing with a salty/quinine taste.
