Rosso di Montalcino Verbena is made of 100% Sangiovese, this is a distinctive red wine with a harmonious taste and bouquet, the result of a pact between the generous elements of the land and winemaker’s desires. Aged in oak casks of 40 hl for about 13 or 14 months, this elegant wine is characterized by its brilliant ruby red color, and its intense, fruity, and persistent nose with accents of cherry, stone fruit, pepper. Fantastic intensity and tannin structure with loads of blackberry,
cherry, dark mushroom, wet earth and bark. It’s medium to ull-bodied and very
intense with a long, beautiful finish. Super structure for aging. The soft palate has magnificent fragrances and great balance, with a continuous mellow taste, it has good acidity, and ripe tannins at the end. This Rosso wine can accompany all styles of food, particularly pasta with Parmesan cheese.
