This wine is made with 100% Guarnaccino Nero grape. Destemming without crushing and cool maceration for 24 hours, gentle crushing and fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
Maturation in stainless steel tanks with batonnage on fine lees for 3 months.
Recept Rosato has a delicate color with purplish nuances of onion skin. The notes on the nose show a great aromatic complexity, with hints of red fruits like raspberries, marasca cherry, blueberries and a slight note of passion fruit. On the palate, it is fresh and compact, balanced, with a right acidity that makes it simultaneously fresh and sapid, lively notes of wild berries and a prolonged finish. Versatile wine to be paired to salted codsh or mackerel as well as sheep cheese, game, pasta with vegetables.
