Word Fonte means 'Origin' is a classic Soave from the heart of Soave Classico. Made of 100% Garganega. Color is Brilliant and intense yellow yet light and fluid.
Good intensity and complexity, with chamomile and field flowers scents. fresh and delicate finish note.
Dry on the palate, with a fine balance between acidic and soft parts. Good minerality. The remarkable flavor makes the taste long and persistent. Maceration is 4 hours with skin and aging in stainless steel tank for 6 months and a minimum of 2 months in the bottle before getting released to the market. Great as an aperitif, or pair with fish stater or white meat.
