The Ischia Bianco is a blend of indigenous varieties (50% Biancolella and 50% Forastera) produced through the traditional white vinification with cold and temperature-controlled fermentation. The highly aromatic white shows some orange peel and sea air, followed by a dry, mineral palate. It’s fun, refreshing and fantastic wine from the Southcenter of Italy. Pair it with seafood, Branzino fish, vegetables, white pasta, salads, or enjoy it as sipping wine.
