"Ora" 2017 by San Patrignano is a wine that creates joy and conviviality in a
completely natural; has intensity and engagement, a beautiful wrap-around, and a surprising result. A perfect card for Emilia Romagna, a land of excellence, where the passion driving it. This fabulous Sangiovese Superiore was born in Coriano,
in the hills surrounding Rimini, after maceration on the skins for about three weeks and after aging in large oak casks for at least one year. A
young Sangiovese, but Superior, which is displayed in all its beautiful structures and due to the aging in the cask is defined in all its characters as round, soft and elegant. In the wine glass shows a deep red color, and gives immediately the intensity of beautiful fruity notes that emerges where a
growing allure of red currant, raspberry, and plum. well accompanied by aromas of leather and licorice. The palate reveals a nice freshness,
accompanied by soft and velvety tannin. It's a wine ready to drink that is surprising in its simplicity and at the same time complexity. The Ora can be paired with various courses of traditional Emilia-Romagna cuisine: tagliatelle with ragu, sheep and goat cheeses, roasted and grilled meats, meatballs, and game.
