Spiriti Ebbri "Make the spirit intoxicated" produces this Red "Neostos" based on a careful selection of native and international vines: Merlot 20%, Greco Nero 20%, and Guarnaccia Nera 30% Magliocco 30%. These are grapes that grow in vineyards that are rooted in a mainly sandy subsoil. After harvesting, strictly manual to guarantee only the best of the terroir of origin, each type of grape is fermented separately thanks to the use of indigenous yeasts, macerating on the skins for a week. Then it is refined for 9 months in used oak barrels and bottled, without any filtration and with very low amounts of sulfur. The best appreciate an organic wine or made in a traditional way, we recommend letting it "breathe" 15-20 minutes before tasting.
This Red "Neostos" nose is dominated by intense sensations of ripe and black fruit, embellished with notes of sweet spices and pepper. On the palate, is full-bodied, and balanced with a soft but long finish. The color is Very intense ruby red with violet reflections
