This great Nebbiolo is grown in communes of Pont-Saint-Martin and Donnas at 400/500 meters elevation, in sandy, steep slopey terraces soil.
Its made of 90% Nebbiolo Picotendro 10% other vines, like Fumin, Vien de Nus, Neyret, and Freisa.
Vinification and aging: In steel, with cold pre-fermentative maceration, fermentation at 28 ° C, maceration for about 20 days. Refinement 8 months in steel on fine lees.
Color is a transparent ruby red color with consistent orange reflections.
It has an intense and persistent aroma of, floral and small fruit with hints of violet, mountain flowers.
This young Nebbiolo expresses freshness, warm, round balanced, elegance and finally pleasant tannic.
