Rosalie Rose DOC is made with 60% Lagrein, 20% Merlot, 20% Zweigelt grapes, is highly untypical for South Tyrolean. The interplay of the autochthonous and international grape variety results in a highly interesting and pleasing rosé. which are grown on limestone rich alpine soils in steep hillside vineyards in the Sud Tyrol province of the Alto Adige Region in Northern Italy.After hand harvesting, the grapes are pressed and fermented at controlled temperatures in small stainless steel tanks, where the wine rests on the lees for at least 5 months."fruity delicacy with aromatic blossom ornament"As the rose extends its blossom to the viewer, the Rosé Rosalie seduces the connoisseur with a brilliant pink in which ruby reflections shimmer. The scent of red forest fruits caresses the nose in the ring with raspberries and red currants.
