The Corte Rugolin Valpolicella Classico Superiore Ripasso is the product of the fermentation of Valpolicella Classico on the pressed grapes of Recioto and Amarone. The result is a high-quality long lasting wine with strong and decisive characteristics and an intense bouquet of cherries and plums. The grape varieties are a blend of Corvina (40%), Corvinone (20%), Rondinella (20%), and other native grapes (Molinara, Dindarella, Oseleta, Croatina). Pair this wine with red meats, roast ham, and matured cheeses.
