The Tenutarossa Bianco Colline Pescaresi is
made with Trebbiano d’Abruzzo and Pecorino grapes. After soft pressing, the
wine is fermented and aged in oak barrels for 12 months, and after 6 months in
the bottle, it is released.
It is a bright golden yellow wine with a
beautiful nose of dried white flowers and stone fruit, bright acidity, and
hints of vanilla. On the palate, it has buttery notes and roundness, with
a soft long persistent finish. Elegant and harmonious, fresh and complex, it
can be appreciated after several years in bottle as well.
Ideal Pairings: curry dishes, oven-baked large fishes with fresh herbs, elaborate
white meat dishes.
