highest level white, we can find the structure of Fiano and the aromas of
Falanghina. The union of
these excellent varieties from Campania is unpredictable and charming: together
they create a wine with a surprising and great vitality. A part of Fiano is aged for 6 months in
barrique: this partial aging gives this white wine further complexity without
renouncing freshness and flavor.
In the glass, it
is a clear, pale gold wine with hints of green. On the nose, we have tropical fruits with an intense floral
touch, and a clear overtone of hazelnut and dried fruit. On the palate, it is
luscious and savory with great length and medium structure. It pairs
beautifully with grilled fish, pasta and risottos with vegetables and fish, but
is also a beautiful accompaniment of “frittura di paranza” (assorted small
fried fish) and cheeses.
