Description

A blend of Pallagrello Nero and Casavecchia grapes. The name is a tribute to the Volturno River, from Hannibal to Garibaldi, which has a rich history in the territory.

The wine is cherry red in color, the nose has delicate hints of berries. The taste is rich, characterized by a long finish.

It matches to the cuisine of the sea or a light pasta but, is also suitable for the vegetables of the area. Try it with a "parmigiana di zucchini".
