Vino Nobile di Montepulciano "Viola "is the flagship for the Cantina Priorino, made with 100% hand harvested Sangiovese grapes. Once the grapes have gone through the meticulous sorting process, they are left to ferment in French and Slavonic oak barrels, and then prepared for bottling. The wine has a deep, intense nose with vibrant amarena, blackberry fruit, violets and rose, layered with hints of balsamic, eucalyptus, and smooth, velvety tannins.
