Produced from 100% Sangiovese grapes grown in some of the best Colli Fiorentini vineyards fermented in Stainless Steel Vats, subsequently aged in oak, the wine has a rich ruby color in the glass, on the nose it has aromas of wild berries, oak, with hints of leather and spice. On the palate rich and intense flavors of bright cherry, berry fruit, tobacco and cooking spices balanced by firm tannins and a persistent finish.Food pairing goes perfectly with savoury dishes, meat, game, aged cheese.
