Terre di Giurfo is located on ancient land. Nestled in a picturesque setting, one of the most surprising of South Eastern Europe, along the valley River Dirillo the border between the towns of Licodia Eubea and the Iblea provincial, it covers a vast area rich in history and traditions. Thanks to the generous climate the heterogeneous composition of the soil and the particular sun exposure, grapes are cultivated with vineyards and olive groves that can give the products rich aromas and flavors typical of the area. Kudyah is as intense as the island from which it hails. Broad, with an accent of red berry, a velvety body and a tannic though eminently balanced finish, this is perfect with braised meats (serve at room temperature or slightly chilled), but it is surprisingly tasty with rich fatty fish dishes.
