Kudyah is the arabic
name for the Sicilian town of Licodea
nearest to Terre di Giurfo’s vineyards. The palate is fruit forward with a ruby red color and a mineral finish. The nose is slightly floral with herbaceous notes; a very elegant take on Sicily's flagship red variety, Nero D'Avola, with fine-grained tanninss. Kudyah is perfect with braised meats (serve at room temperature or slightly chilled), and rich fatty fish dishes.
