The Castle of the females is produced from Pallagrello (50%) and Casavecchia (50%) grapes, a balanced red wine, which makes a short stop in second passage barriques.
Even before tasting it, you have to know this wine is one of the great rarities of the wine world. Terre Del Principe exists with the clear goal of saving and resurrecting nearly lost varietals from the region of Campania (near the city of Napoli).
Bright ruby-red wine. On the nose, aromas of fresh jam, raspberries and blueberries. On the Palate fresh and bright berry fruit gives way to soft tannins and light acidity.
Especially good with game and red meat.
