2013 Aulente has a bright ruby red color, and
exhibits aromas of ripe black cherry, soy and marinade. The palate is medium-bodied,
very good concentration
and fruity and floral notes. The nice use of oak ensures lively acidity
and moderate tannins. The
easy approach of
this wonderful wine demonstrates how Sangiovese could also be soft and pleasant, far
from any roughness and aggressiveness.
Enjoy over the next 2-3 years,
dishes and any grilled meat.
An ideal wine to accompany BBQ's.
For over 30 years, San Patrignano has
welcomed young men and women with serious problems of
marginalization and drug-addiction, without requesting any kind of
contribution from their families and without state funding.
The commitment of the 1400 residents of
the community is proved by the excellent wines produced from the 110 hectares
