Made from 100% Bovale, Majorale is the most highly sought after wine from Cantina del Bovale. After picking the grapes in crates, the stalks are removed and the grapes are loaded in the Ganimede wine-making tank for about 6 days at a temperature of 28 degrees. They use the energy produced by fermentation for the process of lifting and soft mixing of the pomace on the must in order to facilitate the extraction of aromas and coloring substances without the mechanical action of pumps. After standing for about 4 months in the steel tank, the wine is transferred for improvement in Tonneaux of French oak (capacity 1000 litres each) for about 10 months. This full-bodied and complex wine has delicate aromas of big, juicy, ripened red fruit and baking spices. It is significantly soft and dry and has a very long finish. Pair it with first courses of pasta or risotto, roasted poultry, and young cheeses.

Powerful and out standing,  tasty, full bodied Sardenian wine. This is real full value wine . The sun felt through the dark fruit, chocolate and coffee, acid and tannin that holds it all together.
