This 2010 Sagrantino Di Montefalco is a
traditional wine that stays true to it’s roots with 24 months of barrel aging
and an additional 24 months in bottle. A deep garnet color and endearing nose
of black cherry with floral notes, fine spices and subtle hints of oak. Suave,
robust and lively on the palate with a fantastic well balanced finish. This
wine can be aged for several more years or enjoyed now, pair with strong mature
cheeses or cured/grilled meats.
