Unless this is your first time purchasing wine online, you are aware of the varying laws regulated by the individual states regarding alcoholic purchases. It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide a lawful shipping address, and it is Enoteca Vino Nostro’s understanding that this address will not subject Enoteca Vino Nostro to any legal risk. We include shipping to all states on our website because we sell non-alcoholic items as well, and do not condone the illegal ordering and shipping of alcoholic beverages. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
We ship via FedEx or UPS, and we give our customers the option of picking up at the San Francisco store although the in store pick up option does not always show depending on which browser you are using. Try using Firefox, if that does not work then please call the store for immediate assistance during business hours. You may choose ground, 2-day or overnight delivery. Please note that the method you choose reflects the in-transit time, and processing may take more time depending on the order. For example, if you choose overnight shipping, the package will be shipped over the length of one night, but you may not receive it the next day. Generally, orders will be processed within two business days if the items are in stock, and you will receive confirmation of the shipment.
During extreme temperatures in the winter and summer, we will ship your wines on Monday to preserve the integrity of the wine during transport. We recommend that you choose your shipping method carefully during these extreme months as well.
