Sparkling wine produced through Metodo
with 90% Pinot Noir, 5% stainless steel aged Chardonnay, and 5% oak aged
Chardonnay. Pale yellow in color with fine and
persistent bubbles, complex aromas, reminiscent of bread crust,
cassis, toasted almond and hazelnut. It is extremely dry (typical of Nature),
and is of rare and fine structure. This wine is perfect as an aperitivo

and shellfish, risotto with seafood, with sauces based on fish.
