Loison is a pastry maker near Vicenza, who uses only the finest ingredients in the world, from Sicilian oranges to vanilla from Madagascar.  They are certified by Slow Food, and are regarded among the top producers of Colomba and Pannetone.  Loison's Colomba has a soft and light texture, enriched with Sicilian candied orange peel and covered with icing, granulated sugar and almonds.
